Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled digital designer to create and own the visual design language for Pi2’s services. We are building technologies that fundamentally change how people interact with Blockchains and we need someone to help us tell this exciting story visually.

Your designs should capture the attention of our audiences and communicate our message with engaging and understandable designs. You need a creative flair with a strong ability to translate complex technologies into beautiful designs.

Please share recent examples of your work. Experience in Web3 is not a requirement, but we require prior experience designing for Web and App platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design the overall aesthetic and design for our company’s digital properties.
  2. Build digital assets across all media formats to engage our partners, customers, investors and the wider Web3 community.
  3. Completely redesign the company website to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement partners, customers, and users.
  4. Work closely with company leadership and the marketing team to make sure designs amplifies and promotes the our vision
  5. Work with the marketing team to create a new design language for the company’s products and services.
  6. Create, manage and deliver agile design processes that respond to the needs of a rapidly growing company.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  1. An excellent eye for design and intimate understanding of design elements.
  2. Knowledgeable about Web3 and have an understanding of design trends in the Web3 space
  3. Expertise in modern UI design and familiar with using design software like Figma
  4. Understand the design standards and language systems for Web and App platforms, as well as responsive page layouts
  5. Familiar with prototyping and skilled in designing user interfaces with good user interaction experiences
  6. Capable of creating 3D media, with a good understanding of motion graphics and animation media production processes, such as Blender, C4D, and After Effects
  7. Familiarity with SEO principles
  8. Good multimedia content development abilities
